Hot Desking Phone - Indicator Light Flashing and missed call indicator flashing when extension logged out

Has anybody experienced this before. I am using a Yealink T42s. When a hot desk user has a missed call indicator which is also flashing the indicator light, if they log out of the extension, the indicator keeps flashing, and their is literally no way to get rid of it short of rebooting the phone. Is hot desking broken?
