Hot Desking gives me a bit of a pain when users lock themselves by providing the wrong PIN. I as an admin don't know how I can unlock them. So the user always has to go for a coffee, drink it slowly and then give it another try:
- How can I quickly unlock a user without waiting for 10 minutes or so?
- Or better: how can I set the timeout to 1 min
- or even better: how can I set the number of tries to more than 3?
