Hot Desking Yealink T28s

We currently have a series of Yealink T28s that we want to configure for hot desking.

The feature seems to work ok but is there any way of changing the behaviour of the phone when logging in.

E.G. We would like to display the first name rather than the extension number on the display.
Also we would like to carry across BLF settings ( from what I can gather this is not possible!)

Any other settings that anybody knows can be migrated from phone to phone when hot desking would be much appreciated.

I just setup a bunch of phones in a call center with Hotdesking.
By understanding is that there is no way to have it ask for username or have the BLFs follow. The BLF are per phone not per user.
What type of setup are you using this in?

Thanks for the response tsukraw, we will be setting it up in a call centre type environment.

You can apparently alter the provisioning template to request for first name at hot desk login, but have not tested this yet.
