Hot desking

Did I miss something, or is hot desking in V8?

to quote the 3CX home page...

No need for separate phone wiring – phones use computer network, easy hot desking!

Is this real or are they refering to the myphone portal? which is not really hot desking but a easy way of putting forwards on your extension...

Its not a soft hot desk, I think that just refers to being able to plug in a phone anywhere.
