Hotdesk Extension only calls in 1 ring group

Hello

I have an extension which is part of multiple ring groups.
Accept calls from Ring Groups is turned on.
Extension number is 022

I have 2 ring groups: A & B
A looks like this:

And this works as expected, extension 022 is called second in row.

Then I have another ring group:

However, in this ring group, 022 is skipped entirely.
This is the call log:

As one can see, I jumped straight to 008, skipping 007 (normal, extension offline) and skipping 022 (not normal, extension was available)

Are there other ways to see what's going on here?

If the extension is available it should 've received the call. Is there any chance the extension is not in the Available Profile Status and is instead in Away or DND or another Profile status that does not have "Accept Calls from Ring Groups" enabled?
