The world is a giant hot desk at the moment. 3CX needs more development on HD.
I used Mitel 10 years ago and there was more functionality.
- You could login to a phone somewhere, then at the end of the day the phone would revert back to it base extension number.
useful for meeting rooms and hot desk users that do not logout after use.
- pin a button on the handset that just says Login, so you can just enter your extension and use that particular phone. maybe a button option to logon also.
I thought this Tech on 3cx would be standard when we took it out.
