Yealink T48S added as a Hot Desking phone on V20 (off premise), always shows no service. Dialing *77* code gives a busy tone.
I added Yealink T48S as a Hot Desking phone on V20 (off premise), then reset phone to factory defaults but after boot, it always shows no service. After reboot, I see the T48S on PNP phone list unassigned, but under Hot Desking phone, it is red. Same steps performed on V18, T48S phones works fine as a Hot Desking phone.
Should both options below be enabled?
3CX RPS - Remote Provisioning Server (tried both On and Off and phone reboot, no difference)
