There is still a nasty thing with the hotkeys in the Windows client.
If you change/configure/activate hotkeys under Gears/Hotkeys, e.g. acitvate "copy caller number with f11" and leave with OK, back, back - this configuration will not be saved after a reboot.
You need to manually quit the app with Gears/Quit to save the changes in the user profile.
This behaviour is not expected!
As already mentioned in https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/hotkeys-missing-after-reboot.60387/ when will this behaviour be changed?
