Hourly Reports

I have a rather large medical company who wishes to have hourly reports create. I know they can be done, but not automatically. I still have to change the date every day. Hoping for possible hourly reports for the more "Hands on" customers.

If you can't get what you need from 3CX, you can build custom reports and schedule them. For example, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (free) can schedule the delivery of reports. You will, however, have to build the reports from scratch because 3CX does not offer the source code for their reports. Data for the reports can be gathered using the optional CDR files 3CX can create. You will need to parse the data. If the CDR files don't have the data you need, you can look at our exporter tool.
