Hey Therodoros, really appreciate the fast reply here.

Are you able to explain this in a little more detail, what do you mean "dial code to force the PBX to Out Of Office hours"

Thanks.

If you go to Settings<<Dial Codes you will see there is a specific dial code "Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office" which can be dialed to force the PBX globally to In or Out of office hours. By default the dial code is *641 for In office, *642 for Out of office and *640 for the default office hours.
What you see in the report is that the call was routed based on the dial code that was pressed from user.

Nick Galea just indicated on a ideas forum thread that system wide codes can be used for this, but i have had no success doing so in V20, i hoped we may be able to do it in the new departments instead/aswell, but can only get it operating via the webclient. Has anyone else managed to get *641 and *642 working in V20 ? Unfortunately the ideas forum is locked for replys, so I can't ask further details from Nick.
