How Backup V11 and restore to V15

I want to make a backup from a V11 3cx installation. I cant find a backup option in the maintanance of V11.
This backup must be used in a version 15. I understood that backup V11 must first be set to V12.5 and then back into V15. can anyone explain how to do this?

Do i have to use a tool to make a backup from V11?

This talks about going from version 12 to version 14, then 15. So I assume you'd have to go through version 12 first.

Thanx for the info. I have now been able to make a successful backup. Tomorrow I will continue to upgrade the system to version 15
