How can I stop this extra object being created in my XML?

When I run my CRM integration it outputs this extra object "":{} in the post it sends to the CRM.

I removed line 66 <Object /> from the <PostValues> </PostValues> area where this post data is stored.

I am using the CRM template generator and drilling down through PostValues object to create the xml and it add the extra <Object />

How can I stop this object being created?

Just remove that line.

Yes I have removed that line, the line is added in the CRM Template generator. I'd like to avoid this happening, is there something I'm doing in CRM TG?

Do you mean that the line is being automatically added by the tool? I have never seen that. Can you describe what you're doing when you get that line added?
