How can I use call recording in 3cx ? where can i find information about it ??

Hi there,

For call recording, Click Extensions - > Manage and then select an extension. Under "Other Options" check "Record Calls to and From this Extension".

Recordings will be in C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Recordings assuming a default install location.

its very simple:
-if you have a snom phone, press the "record" to start recording...
-the recording will apear here: C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Recordings

If you don't have a snom phone, you can go into the 3cx admin gui and turn recording on for each extension. The will record ALL calls then.
