How can I use Video from Akuvox doorbell?

Hello,

I have a Akuvox doorbell with a camera.
How can I see the video in the 3cx app?
I know, that the 3CX can show the video with other manufactures.
But I think it´a standard. So I think, every sip-doorbell can works?
Has anyone an idea?

Dear Vettel,
we recently started using Akuvox doorphones on our integrations (specifically model R20A).
I am under the impression that 3cx soft phone only supports H.263 video codec while the Akuvox doorphones have H.264 codec so there is no way to answer via video from the soft phone.
Web client and new native windows app DO support H.264 codec and you can use them with Akuvox devices.
Also Hardware Phones that support this codec can also be used (eg Yealink T58)
If someone from 3cx could confirm this it would be great.
