How can we enable a waiting recorded voice message while the call is being put ''ON HOLD" in 3cx? Is there any option in 3cx?

To change the music on hold you will need to go to the management console > settings > Music on hold

Just want to add that, if for any reason you do not want to modify your PBX's global MOH, what you can also do is set a specific MOH for Parked Calls only in "Settings >> Call Parking". Then you can parked calls instead of putting them on hold if you want them to listen to this particular message/audio.
