How do I block 0044845 numbers

Hi
My business and voip provider are located in Spain and the voip provider charges a premium rate to call the following number.

0044800
0044845
0044844
0044875

How can I block these numbers from being called.

Create new outbound rules for those specific numbers in the outbound rules placing them ABOVE the ”general” outbound rule (rules are read top to bottom), and send them to Block Calls.
