How do I make recurring webinars?

Hello all, I've noticed that 3CX webinars are sent only through 3cx mail servers which we have no control to set up recurring meetings in Outlook for everyone. Can someone share what you do?

You can create a meeting that is far into the future. It will be valid and can be joined as many times as you want.

When you create the Outlook calendar event though, you can set it as a recurring meeting so the recipients will know it's every Monday at 10:00 for example.

If it is an internal meeting, we use the Click-to-meet link link so it is the same for the meeting everytime.
