How do I modify a scheduled video conference?

Hello,

We have a videoconference scheduled for a specific date.
We need to change the date and would like to reschedule the meeting directly from the 3CX client, but we have found that this is not possible; the meeting has to be deleted and recreated.
What happens to people who have already received the first invitation?

Hi @Arthur.b you need to delete the meeting and create it again, just make sure to copy the list of participants, so when rescheduling you can import it.

When the meeting is deleted, participants that received the first invitation will get an email that the meeting is cancelled.

That link remains valid for 7 days after the planned end time, if you wish to use the same, but you will have to update the participants on the new time directly.
