I believe the 3CX SMTP server is blocking a few of our new email addresses.
I changed the email address on one of our general voicemail-only extensions about a month ago and haven't received one voicemail since.
I know the email works because I was able to do a test email to it from gmail or yahoo and I'm able to receive them all. I can also receive voicemail emails at my direct number, so I know 3CX SMTP works.
Today, just to do more troubleshooting, I changed the email again on the general voicemail-only extension to a new email address, and I'm still not getting any voicemail email on that extension.
I did the Send Welcome Email and did not receive it. I finally deleted and recreated the extension to ensure it's not my server, and still nothing.
How do I check to see if the 3CX SMTP server is blocking the email address, and how do I remove it?
Is this normal that 3CX is blocking new email addresses for our domain?
Do all of those missing essential emails, due to the email being blocked, considered lost and not recoverable?
Moving forward, how do I ensure that the 3CX SMTP server does not block any email addresses we have?
Is there a way to do so?
Appreciate the help guys.
Thank you.
