How long does a scheduled video conference last for?

Hello, I would like to know how long a scheduled video conference will last for when starting the meeting "Now".

It seems like a conference scheduled "later" can last a maximum of 1 day (1440 minutes), however, when scheduling for "Now" it seems to last longer?

We have web meetings that can last several days, with the need to show multiple concurrent monitors. To do this we currently create one webmeeting session per monitor. I would like to know how long the "Now" webmeetings can be used for, so we don't need to regenerate 4x meeting links every day.

I would recommend creating a meeting in the "far" future. The generated meeting URL is valid immediately. A meeting is removed 7 days after the due date and then been removed.

This is a good idea that we've used, and works well.

One thing my customers keep asking for is a recurring meeting, which is not supported in 3CX. But I just realized that one option would be for them to make one meeting for years from now, and then separately send out the recurring invite to the same meeting. That should work fine, right?

Yes, as per post #2 you can schedule it far in the future and the meeting will remain valid until that date.

You can enter and exit the meeting whenever you need it before that date
