Sorry for subject line... i wasn't too sure what to put.

I can schedule a meeting "now" or "later" with no problem. i am just wondering how long these codes are valid for and can they be reused once the conference is over?

Background:
our client is moving from a mitel system. they had a feature where they could assign 10 conference id / pins, they would be valid for a year and they were reusable. is there anything like this available or hidden in the 3CX?

Hello @IHSupport

Please note that when you schedule a conference call the conference is active for the specified duration. During the duration of the conference call the caller can join by using the conference ID.
the maximum duration allowed is 1440 minutes which amounts to a day.

The way the conference works though allows for conference calls to be created without scheduling them. In this case the first person that joins the conference will be asked for the conference PIN so the conference room can be created. The rest of the callers won't need the PIN. Once the last user leaves the conference the room will close.

hi, is there a way of extending the duration or validity of the conference ID?

Not at the time being

Thank you, how can i add suggestions to possible future updates?

I would suggest posting this in the Ideas section of this forum.
