How many calls have not been answered

Hi,

I need to keep a track on the calls that have not been answered and that went to voicemail, is there a way to get those stats?

Hello @GonzaloS

I believe you will need to 2 reports to get the required data. You can create one call Report that includes all unanswered calls and on call report with destination being voicemail.
