How to a new language non 3CX hosted pbx?

Hi! Has anybody idea how to add a new language to a hosted pbx which is not hosted by 3CX? This one goes for on premises pbx: https://www.3cx.com/docs/localize-promptsets/. And it works fine.

Maybe I'm not understanding your question but I don't see how it would be different. Wouldn't you just SSH in to your hosted instance and follow the same guide?
