Solved How to access Call Queues?

Hello All!
Just installed 3CX (actually again)...testing the software...and I did a free upgrade to the Professional package so I could access Call Queues.
The system tells me I now have the Professional package, but I cannot see where the Call Queues are.
Please advise!

Hi @SOTASOTA,

Login to the Management Console of your Hosted by 3CX instance, and hit the refresh icon next to the Subscription as shown in the screenshot below. Once you refresh check again and let us know!

Ha! I just saw this:
Your subscription is managed by a 3CX Partner. Contact them to renew or upgrade your subscription.
OK, that explains it! Thanks so much I will contact my 3CX partner. Cheers!
