How to access management console?

I'm wanting to test 3cx for a school. First, I followed the steps for the AWS/3CX deployment and keep getting a message I'm not authorized to launch an instance. So... I set up the 3cx hosted account which was simple and I can access the webclient, but how do I get to the management console? The emails I was sent have the webclient info and my "extension", but nothing for the management client. All searching simply resulted in people saying "It was sent to you in the confirmation email." I deleted the account and set it up 3 times, CAREFULLY looking at all screens, but no link was given. So where is the URL?

You signed up for StartUP. You do not have access to the management console for those. It's just the Webclient and the Office Settings section.

Well that would explain things. So I assume that means I can't set up IP phones?
