Solved How to access the other managment settings

Right now I'm trying to manage my 3CX hosted and I need to use the other settings and the other settings aren't on the original pannel is there a way to get to the other administration panel?

If you are referring to the old Management console, that is no longer with us. It officially passed away on the 29th of February 2024, when we adopted Version 20.

You will need to have a user with Management Rights connecting through the web client and using the admin console.

When I go there not all of those options are there

Check if the user you are connecting with has the necessary roles to configure everything.

If you are connecting with your 3CX Free account you will have less options to configure, as you are not controlling the entire PBX, just one of the tenants.

You have 2 subscriptions from what I can see. If you are connecting to the system ending in 3cx.cloud then you will have less options to configure.
