How to accomplish ring group without ringing?

Hi,

My client wanted to be in a ring group without ringing to her phone. But she can jump in anytime to answer the phone. Is this possible or how to accomplish this?

Currently if I add her to the ring group, It'll ring to her, Maybe there is a way to turn of ringer for that ring group? Or maybe add a BLF to that ring group?

Please advise.

Do you have an otherwise unused extension that you can add to the ring group and set up a BLF on this client's phone for it? A phone could be set with the ringer off, if it is annoying to be audible. Just a thought.

What about call pick-up, that used to work on ring group calls, if I recall correctly. Obviously if she doesn't want a ringing phone she must still be within audible range of some phone in the RG to know there is an incoming call.
