Hi all,

I am testing DECT phones from yealink with a W60B. Everything fine, untill i wanted to add some extra parameters to the provisioning template.

Like
  • Some provisioning parameters, like when to check for updates
  • Dial tone
  • etc..

So, i found out that the templates for dect phones (base) are not found in the typical 3cx place , Settings > Templates location.

What is the recommended here? I hope this is still possible, without doing strange things from command line :)

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi Edd,
thank you for your reply.!

I am familiar with custom template writing. Most of the time for Snom, but i will figure it out for yealink.

The W60B is indeed DECT technology, and not FXS, but in the GUI, the DECT/FXS are grouped together.

It also seems that the DECT/FXS templates are not available from the WEBGUI typical 3cx place , Settings > Templates location.

I did find the yealink W60B templates from command line on these locations in a FXS directory
./var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Templates/fxs/yealink.W60B.fxs.xml
./var/lib/3cxpbx/Data/Http/Templates/fxs/yealink.W60B.fxs.xml
./usr/share/3cxpbx/skel/Data/Http/Templates/fxs/yealink.W60B.fxs.xml

Is this the only way to go? I hope not.

Kind regards,
Tom
