Hi,

*30 and *31 switch between Available and Away, and you already have these options in StartUP:

I believe the desire is one BLF button that toggles between presence statuses. This is not possible with Startup. You would need to create a CFD application that when called looks at who the caller is and manipulate the presences status. The CFD is available in the Pro edition of 3CX and is not supported on the hosted by 3CX platform.
