how to add "user=phone" inside From Part

Hello

The SIP provider rejected outbound calls because "user=phone" is not available inside From part.

the current is: From: "xxxxxxx"<sip:[email protected]:5060>;tag=$25785452
requiered is: From: "xxxxxxx"<sip:[email protected]:5060;user=phone>;tag=$25785452

If I am not mistaken, 3CX doesn't support the user=phone tag.

Your provider is not a supported SIP trunk I guess?

You can only customize the Inbound and Outbound parameters (headers.)

I have never seen that tag sent to a provider from 3CX.

Hellio @YahyaFlaifel

You cannot add custom tags to the SIP headers in 3CX. Even using custom values will not work because anything added after the ";" will be omitted by the PBX.
I would recommend selecting a 3CX supported provider to avoid these issues.
