I am testing 3cx with LinkSys SPA942 IP telephones and I had a problem with connecting to other IP telephones within the same network. The phone was rung but I couldnot hear/speak to the other person. With a little help I found out is was the connection to the STUN server. The firewall blocked the port.
As we don't want to use our PBX outside our firm, we don't need a STUN server outside our firm. The question is: how can I configure 3CX that will not use an external STUN server?
