How to block incoming numbers from showing?

Hi All,

This might seem like a strange request, but is there any way to block incoming numbers from showing? Example, somebody calls me from +440844227937 but I want my receptionist to see "Unknown" or "Anonymous". Is this possible and if so, how?

Do you want all numbers blocked or specific ones?

Hi @YiannisH_3CX , it needs to be all numbers showing as anonymous or show no CLI / Uknown number.

You can the use inbound caller ID reformatting under the trunk settings / Caller ID.
