How to build a STUN Server

Can someone tell me how to build/make/download a STUN Server?

There are several options available, both for Windows and *nix. Google for "stun server download".

I found a couple through the search, downloaded them from sourceforge and it shows they ARE Beta. I would not depend on them yet for stability.

Anyone found a good one?
