how to change default Music On Hold?

How to change default Music On Hold when the call comes from the city?
It plays something that is completely different when I enter the extension for it to play!!!

This is not work:
* General>Music On Hold (onhold is located in: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Ivr\Prompts)
* QUEUE (To change the music while a customer is in a QUEUE can be set on the queues under "Other Options)
* Renaming onhold.wav (onhold is located in: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Ivr\Prompts)

Hi Alex,

Can you elaborate further what do you mean by when a call is coming from the city ? A different message should be played when the call is coming from a specific caller ID ? i.e. The numbers for the city that you are located are starting 1234, thus when a call is coming from 1234567 a different music on hold should be played ? With regards to the queues prompts please note that you can add a separate file.
