How to change FQDN - Version 20.0 Update 5 (Build 551 Release)

Can anyone shed some light to change FQDN with the least amount of disruption? Can the old FQDN forward to new one?

You need to reinstall from scratch and release the old fqdn from your licence.

What type of FQDN?
In general you probably need a backup without FQDN, new deployment on the new FQDN and restore from backup, as well as the release in order to be able to set the new FQDN on your licence.

If your own FQDN then, for the technical part, you can probably "run" both in parallel and have TLS certificates covering both - minimising disruption.

Yes and yes... There is no supported way anymore to get an backup without fqdn.

The company has changed names and asked about a FQDN change. Based on responses, it sounds like its a no-can-do without additional charges to the company.
