How to change or remove "Please hold while I transfer your"

Hello,
I am completely new with 3CX but I have set it up correctly and it works just great!

But I come from Norway, and therefore there will be a little wrong that the female voice says "Please hold while I transfer your call" is played when all else is recorded in Norwegian. Is there a way I can change it into Norwegian and record itself, or possibly remove it?
I know that in certain states in U.S requires that this being said, but it is nescessary as a law in my country.

In the settings section it will show you the filename for each message. You can create a new wav file and overwrite the existing one.
