how to change packet time ms

i m using 3cx but the internet speed is not good so bad sound quality tough skype works

i want to know that how can i change packet time

10ms 20ms etc

I suspect that if this were available, it would have to be a "per VoIP trunk" feature, and as such is probably not an option. You might be better off trying to use a codec requiring less bandwidth, if possible.

The 3CX preferred RTP packet size is 0.020. (recommended setting on devices)
