Solved How to change the prompt text of 3CX live chat?

One of our customers hopes to change the prompt text in the popup like this:


The previous prompt text is name, and they hopes to change it as name or phone.

Do you have any advices?

UPDATE: Grace managed to edit this using the callus.js file which can be downloaded using the HTML code generator.
