How to change Webmeeting FQDN

Hello,

after a few month with 3CX we now want to use the webmeeting feature, but I discovered that the Webmeeting FQDN is wrong.

The external FQDN for our 3CX is pbx.company.tld, and during the setup the webmeeting FQDN was automatically set to pbxcompany.3cx.net. But we want it to be just company.3cx.net.

How can we do that?

If you look in parameters section it will show both the FQDN's for the 3cx and webmeeting. I know it gets changed via an update and backup, as I had the same problem.

Hello @decalabs

the FQDN for webmeeting is auto contracted from the FQDN you use to install the system. Is your webmeeting working?
If it does then it is correct and you should not change it as it will stop working. If it doesn't work please let me know so we can see how we can proceed.
