How to configure all sip phones in on time in 3CX ??

Hi all ,

I want to configure all my sip phone in the 3CX phone system in the same time , like :
- to change gateway ip in all sip phone without to go in each phone to change it
-change or edit ntp server name
-change text logo

and other options i donot want to change the configuration in each sip phone i have more than 100 sip phone what can i do ??

It might help if you posted the make/model of the phones you are using as options vary greatly.
