Hello, I would like to know the actual step to configure a Yealink T57W as a Router ( SBC ) Phone.

I have a 3CX in the Cloud and i would like to connect 3 phone to it all three are T57W models.

I did read the following post : https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t5-series/

However the phone doesn't seems to be configure. I don't know what I am missing.

Can you please advise quickly and guide me

This is the correct guide... is the phone on the latest supported firmware? What kind of problems do you have.

yes i assume it is in the lastest version as the phone is brand new

I was able to configure it as an SBC phone however it seems to stay down. No service

Firmware Version
96.86.0.70
Hardware Version
97.1.2.0.2.1.2

It's the wrong firmware... Not the newest one. That's your problem. Have a look here:https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/

96.86.0.70
Also note, using "too old" firmware may cause the IP to be blacklisted when the connection fails.

In a few cases posted here people have said they had to use the .74 firmware instead of .76, however I've not had a problem using .76. If it doesn't work with .76 you can download .74 from the above page by changing the version number in the URL.

Thank you for the tips

You were right the phone firmware was not at it's latest i did the update and it is working now.

Also the Phone was effectively blacklisted.
But i confirm that the firmware did the job.

Thanks guys for the help.
