Iam loosing patience with this one. Customer rang this morning and cant login to the Instance. Neither can I . Its 4SC Pro paid and current and Hosted by 3CX . Its been paid and in use or at least 2 years all working. So I checked in my Partner Portal and it appears to be "Running" . I restarted it . No fix in that. Ive stopped it and restarted it also .
Initially it was comming back with some issue as an internal error on the Login to the Instance. Then it changed to an unknown error and now it just fails to resolve at all and you dont see a login screen.
Its been off line for 4 hours now.
How do I contact 3CX support to ask them to look into this? Through my partner portal I can log tickets and Ive done this only once before as exactly the same issue had occurred. They never explained themselves either and just fixed something in the back ground with DNS. I cant log a ticket unless this one is at least 8SC nowerdays or I pay for a ticket.
Iam a silver partner apparently but the wall they are putting up does not seem like a partnership at all. Iam pretty sure this is not a problem of my doing and I have no authority to log into the HOST hardware wherever and wherever that is. Thats a choice and a responsibility that 3CX have taken on themselves.
Its a seemingly absurd situation that I cant find a way to contact 3CX support to look into this and Iam really loosing patience with this sort of relationship frankly.
Do I upgrade the system/instance to 8SC or Buy a support ticket for $$ so I can report a problem that appears to be one of 3CX's doing/responsibility ?
I understand why they want to hide behind this wall to stop stupid and lazy people who are partners from logging stupid faults and asking stupid questions when they should just read the manual and do some work. This however now puts me in the situation that I could be loosing customers and I have no control over fixing this or even bringing it the their attention.
The only time I bothered support with a Ticket in the past was in exactly the same situation. Come on 3CX be responsible and take the responsibility for the Hosting
