How to create new status

I have some question about how to create new custom status like your information as your website (3cx phone section).
we need more status such as
1.Toilet
2.Lunch
3.Meeting
4.Call back
5.After call work
6.Training
Please give me an information.

Hello nisachol,

Currently we have two custom statuses (Custom 1 , Custom 2) and you can set them up as you want.
However if you wish to have more options for Custom Statuses , you can suggest this on the 3CX deas : http://www.3cx.com/forums/3cx-ideas-f57.html
