Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to cleanup the wave files and png file which don't need any more?

I was test logo on the phone and upload a bunch onto the system. I can't find a way to delete them.
Also where to delete the recorded prompt which does not need any more?

I am using the cloud based 3CX which hosted in Micros Azure.

Thanks,

Tom

Really good question Tom , MC is not friendly at all for file deletion on PBX, could be so easy to have a delete button available in MC everywhere needed to manage quickly and easily the files.

worst situation is for cloud instances as you are requesting, you need to SSH and then manually search path and delete files.

No idea on Azure if it is a windows or debian instance you are running.

It is a debian instance. I am think to move it to a Virtual Machine Locally, But I don't know if it is possible

Are your phones in STUN mode actually or behind SBC or in VPN ?
Do you have lots of phones on this PBX?

Hi Tom,

You must remove those manually and make sure any provisioned phones get reprovisioned with the default 3CX logo or one that exists. You will find them here:

..3cx\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\{unique_ID}\logo\customlogo

And for prompts your custom files are going to be here along with our default files

..\3cx\Instance1\Data\Ivr\Prompts

Make sure there is nothing that points to those prompts before you proceed (IVRs, Queues etc)

Restart all the services when you are done.

Backup your system fully before you proceed

@aws2p we are behind SBC. I can configure both STUN or VPN if needed.
We have 2 remote offices and total around 80 phones.

@John Thanks. I will try during the holiday.
