How to dial *3123 numbers or *054 in Israel (how to setup outbound routes)

Hi guys,
I need help with setting outbound rules to be able to dial to short numbers in Israel *054 or *3123 for example.
I remember that * needs to be replaced with some pattern, but unfortunately cannot find any information.
