3CX Phone System v3.0.2328.0
Voice Mail : 808

I can using DR to access my voice mail via PSTN call in.
Existing steps:
1. PSTN call in our DR (801)
2. press 808
3. key extension number
4. key password + #

Now, I would like to setup DID direct map to VM (808). But failed. Since I cannot found 808 at "Route calls for this DID/DDI Number to".

I checked, you are right, when in DID rules, you cannot forward to 999. I am putting this up to be fixed. Should be in new version...

Version 3CX Phone System Version3.1.2434.0 fixed this issue.

Thank you very much

Hi Costas3CX,

In DID rules, I can forward to 999 (My number is 808). However, the SIP call unable to ring the VM (999). The error as below:

14:45:58.343 CallConf::Rejected [CM103005] Call(33) is rejected: Destination does not exist, or is not registered

Please help to verify. May be it caused by my wrong setting.

Thanks
