How to disable chat after working hours?

Hi! Is there away to disable the chat so, that after working hours it will not appear on the pages? Chat is in WP.

You cannot completely disable the chat so that it is entirely hidden from the website pages. However, you can configure office hours for the department linked to the live chat. If no team members are available during those hours, the chat will automatically switch to offline mode, allowing visitors to leave a message instead of initiating a live chat.

Hi! Thank you for the answer, but this is what we know already. Customer does not want anybody to be allowed to leave any message after working hours. In V18 it was possible to hide the chat completly after working hours. As I undertand this oprtion is no longer avaliable.Chat is done with Shadow dom and it does not allowed recoding.
