How to display on phone which extension initiated the PAGE.

Hi Community

I have configured a Paging Group in a medical environment. It is used to alert all of a code blue medical emergency. When the page comes through, the doctors need to know which extension initiated the page so they know where to go. At the moment, only the page extension is displayed on the phone. I know i can see this in the logs, but this does not help. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Hi,

Paging groups are not designed to show the caller (like normal calls). They show the group name so you know which group you are being paged from.

Example: If you have 5 possible sources of paging (ie. 5 departments lets say) each one can have its own paging group number including the relevant doctors, so they would see the name of the department calling.
