hey guys,
We got a hosted 3cx setup. (via Ridgewall UK , who provide zero support, despite paying them for support)
Our main number as such, currently rings on multiple phones in a Ring Group (i am new to 3cx)
With the xmas break and finishing early, the business has asked me to divert the inbound calls to 1 users mobile phone, until 12 tomorrow...
Then just leave the normal out of hours service to run which somehow rings out to an external number...
I dont know where to start on understanding how it works, and how to pre-test whether a divert to an external number will work, etc etc...
Is there an option to start the out of hours xmas break cover (would technically run from 12:00am 23rd dec, until 7am tue 3rd Jan) early, so from 7am i have the main inbound number heading to a users mobile, then switching it back to its existing external number who provide out of hours support (they do our cover from 12pm tomorrow)
