How to do change call duration (MAXCALLDURATION)

Hi All,
Hope you are doing well.

Product: Standard Annual
Version Number: 16.0.9
Hosted on WIndows.

We want to change the max call duration to 20 min for Outgoing calls and 45 min for incoming calls.

Hi @Dipesh_GIT,

There is only one parameter for MAXCALLDURATION and any call that exceeds it, will be terminated immediately. There is no way to create a separate parameter for outgoing and incoming to define them with different values as you requested above.
